Dan McIntosh Attorney

Dan McIntosh focuses his practice on criminal defensepersonal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as other civil litigation. Dan began his career as a prosecutor in southern Minnesota and served as an elected County Attorney after winning four elections. In 2016, Dan was named as the attorney of the year by the International Association of Arson Investigators (MN) for his investigation and trial victory in a complex arson and insurance fraud case. Later, Dan transitioned to private practice centered in Rochester, MN handling criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation matters. Dan’s approach combines his broad experience serving public sector and private sector clients, tireless commitment to preparation and research, building relationships, and honest communication.
